Masterchef finalist Emma Spitzer told Arts Editor Kate Fulton about her new cookbook - Fress: Bold flavours from a Jewish kitchen.

The book consists of recipes from Emma's mother, grandmother, mother in-law, grandmother-in-law, great grandmothers, aunts, cousins and friends - as well as her own of course!
