Ben Azzai Programme

The Ben Azzai programme is an annual initiative from the office of The Chief Rabbi. The aim is to offer university students the chance to see, first hand, the developing world.

This year’s programme will see students taken to Ghana, where they will learn about the challenges of poverty, education and social mobility.

We spoke to Elise Abrahams, who took part in 2016 to find out about her experiences and to find out why she would encourage others to do the same.
