JW3
A group of orthodox rabbis have called for a boycott of the JW3 community centre in London.
In an open letter they say “We are of the strong opinion that a red line has been crossed in launching campaigns and initiatives that promote lifestyles and behaviours forbidden and condemned by the Torah”
It’s believed that the comments relate to the GayW3 event that happened back in March. This comes a matter of weeks after Rabbi Joseph Dweck, head of the S&P Sephardi Community, was also targeted following comments he made on homosexuality.
Unfortunately nobody from JW3 or any of the Rabbis involved in this wanted to speak to us on the show so we spoke to Journalist Jenni Frazer who's been following the whole story.
