March of the Living 2017

On Monday 24 April a record number of British participants took part in the annual March of the Living from Auschwitz to Birkenau.

The UK delegation totalled around 260 people marching alongside individuals from as far away as India and coincided with Yom Hashoah, Israel’s Holocaust Memorial Day.

Community Editor Diana Toeman spoke to Chief Executive, Jude Williams and Ben Salamon, Education Programme Manager for Tzedek who both took part in the march.
