Ken Livingstone has avoided being permanently kicked out of the Labour Party over his comments on Zionism and Hitler.
The former Mayor of London learned his fate at a hearing this week lead by the National Constitutional Committee - the party's highest disciplinary board.
There has been mixed reaction to the result and to discuss the Jewish angle we spoke to Jeremy Newmark, the chair of the Jewish Labour Movement.
