This week we hear the extraordinary story of Gaby Jacobs (pictured) who's had a voluntary double mastectomy in a move to avoid contracting cancer.
Gaby's mum Alison Dagul (pictured) is fighting an ongoing battle with breast and ovarian cancer. Both ladies carry the BRCA1 Gene mutation - which has a known link to certain types of the disease.
